To Renters of the North Shuswap Community Hall:

The hall has two areas available for rent – the main hall as well as a separate clubroom.  When you are browsing through the Calendar of Events, if it appears that the date you are wanting is already booked, please Contact Us for we can often accommodate two meetings at the same time.

The TOTAL capacity of the hall is 200 people

The hall is air conditioned

There are 22 - 8ft tables, 6 - 6ft tables, 28 card tables, and approximately 220 chairs

The kitchen has been completely renovated and has 2 electric stoves, a large cooler, a small deep freeze and a commercial dishwasher

There are 4 large electric chafing pans for keeping food warm during serving which are available upon request at no additional charge

There are dishes and flatware for approximately 175 settings (all white but unfortunately not all matching)

Approximately 170 wine glasses are available upon request at no additional charge

The bar area has a large bar fridge and a large cooler, counter and pass-through window
