Hall Rental Information
To renters of the North Shuswap Community
Hall,
The hall has two areas available for rent -
the Main Hall as well as a separate Clubroom. When you
are browsing through the Calendar
of Events, if it appears that the date you are wanting is
already booked, please Contact Us for
we can often accommodate two meetings at the same time.
We hope that the following information will
help you to plan your event.
Names of caterers and Disc Jockey/entertainment are for
information purposes only and not to be taken as
recommendations.

The TOTAL capacity of the hall is 200 persons
-
The Hall is Air Conditioned
-
There are 22 - 8ft tables, 6 - 6ft tables and
approximately 180 chairs plus 20 card tables
-
The kitchen has been completely renovated and
has 2 electric stoves, a large cooler, a small deep freeze and a
commercial dishwasher
-
There are 4 large electric chafing pans for
keeping food warm during serving which are available upon
request at no additional charge
-
There are dishes and flatware for
approximately 175 settings (all white but unfortunately not all
matching)
-
175 wine glasses are available upon request at no
additional charge

The bar area has a large bar fridge and a
regular fridge, counter and pass-through window
Additional Equipment Available for
rent at the hall:

12 stage risers @ $5.00 per riser

22 white cloth table skirts plus embossed
white plastic tablecloths @ $10.00 per set

4 large white pillars for decoration @ $10.00
each

1 decorative metal arch (for weddings etc.) @
$25.00 each
